All services are provided based on property condition and customer requirements. Final pricing may vary depending on lawn size, terrain, accessibility, and scope of work.

Estimates

All quotes are free and non-binding unless confirmed by both parties. Pricing may be adjusted if conditions differ from the original estimate.

Payments

Payment Authorization & Card on File

A valid credit or debit card is required to be kept on file for all scheduled services.

By agreeing to services with Whaling City Lawns, the customer authorizes us to charge the card on file for:

Completed services
Recurring lawn maintenance
Late payments or missed invoices

All payments will be processed after service unless otherwise agreed.

Failure to maintain a valid payment method may result in service suspension.

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may result in service delays or cancellation and late fees.

Liability

Whaling City Lawns is not responsible for:

Pre-existing property damage
Hidden objects beneath grass or debris
Damage caused by improperly marked obstacles or underground items

Customers are responsible for clearly marking or removing hazards prior to service.

Scheduling & Weather

Services may be rescheduled due to weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances. We will communicate any changes as soon as possible.
